PRACTICE GROUNDING

Sensory zone

Grounding or earthing consists of walking barefoot on soil, sand, grass, dry leaves… Thus, through our feet, we connect with the earth and capture its energy. Its practice provides us with multiple benefits: it reduces inflammation, improves the quality of sleep, increases our energy and mood levels, balances our nervous system, reduces stress and accelerates our recovery processes. It is a simple but very effective routine to improve our wellbeing. What if we free ourselves from footwear and charge our batteries?
